Motivational Monday – Anger
Anger is a feeling that often overcomes us and makes us do regretful things like verbal attacks, road rage, assault, wilful damage etc. It is ok to feel angry but it is how we deal with it that defines us.
“Holding onto anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one that gets burnt” Buddha.
This is a great saying and a great way of looking at it. Treat it like a hot coal and try not to pick it up in the first place or let it go as quick as you can.
All you mummas out there lets stop being so angry, it really doesn’t help anyone. Teach our bubbas how to deal with these feelings the right way and how not to let those little things get to you.
