Active – engaging or ready to engage in physically energetic pursuits.
You do not need to be running marathons or going to the gym everyday to be active. You can do the little things that don’t make you feel like you are exercising. Park further away at the shops or when taking the kiddies to school, place remotes where you have to get up to change the channel. Baby steps is where it all begins, you can then slowly increase your amount of activity. Your body and your mind will thank you.
