Chicken and pineapple are so versatile. I have listed 3 different meals below. You can cook this in a pan, wok, grill or on the bbq. This is a great healthy option for dinner.
1 Chicken Breast Skin Off Diced
1 Cup Chunky Pineapple Pieces – Fresh or Tinned
Honey, Soy & Garlic Marinade/ Sauce
1. Marinade Chicken in sauce for a minimum of 3 hours.
2. Alternate ingredients on skewers.
3. Grill, turning regularly until chicken is cooked through.
CHICKEN & PINEAPPLE ON THEIR OWN
2. Put a little bit of oil in a hot pan and cook, turning/ tossing regularly until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with veggies or a salad.

3. Cook 2 cups of rice.
4. Once chicken is cooked add rice.
5. Add about a tablespoon of honey soy marinade,mix well and heat through.
